QuickFile365 is an extension for Microsoft 365, and emails sent through it use a Microsoft 365 Business account.

QuickFile365 does not support:

  • Gmail
  • IMAP or POP3 accounts
  • Outlook for iPhone, iPad, or Android

QuickFile365 will work on all browsers that support the Outlook on the Web. This includes Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.

Microsoft Outlook 365, Outlook 2021, Outlook 2019 and Outlook 2016.

Troubleshooting

  • In your preferred browser, go to https://aka.ms/olksideload. You may be asked to login to Outlook.
  • In the Add-Ins for Outlook dialog box, select My add-ins.
  • Locate QuickFile365 in the Custom Add-ins section at the bottom of the dialog box.
  • In the bottom right, select the 3 dots and click Remove.
