Send & File helps Outlook users organize sent emails by selecting a destination folder during the sending process. Designed for Microsoft 365 and New Outlook, it reduces manual filing, keeps Outlook folders organized, and helps users spend less time managing email.

If you organize Outlook using folders, sent emails can quickly become a problem.

You reply to a client, project team, supplier, or colleague. Then the email sits in Sent Items until you remember to file it.

That usually means:

  • Opening Sent Items
  • Finding the email you just sent
  • Moving it to the correct folder

It is a small task, but it happens many times a day. It breaks your flow, clutters Sent Items, and leaves client or project folders incomplete.

QuickFile365’s Send & File feature helps you file sent emails faster by letting you choose the destination folder as part of the sending process.

What Is Send & File?

Send & File is an Outlook productivity feature that allows users to choose where a sent email should be filed before sending it.

Rather than returning to Sent Items later and manually moving messages, QuickFile365 records the filing location and allows multiple sent emails to be filed in a single operation.

For organizations that rely on Outlook folders to organize client, project, matter, or account correspondence, Send & File helps make filing faster and more consistent.

Why Outlook Users Need Send & File

Most people do not avoid filing because they dislike being organized.

They avoid filing because filing interrupts their work.

When sent email filing becomes a separate task, it is easy to postpone or forget.

The result is:

  • Important emails remain buried in Sent Items
  • Client, matter, or project folders are incomplete
  • Users waste time searching for messages later
  • Teams follow inconsistent filing habits

Send & File captures the filing decision while the email is still fresh in your mind.
