In order to use QuickFile365, you will need a Microsoft work or school account. Our plugin works in Outlook for the Desktop (Windows and Mac) and Outlook for the Web. Microsoft 365 Home and Outlook.com accounts are also supported.
Yes, the QuickFile365 works with New Outlook without any restrictions.

QuickFile365 requires specific permissions to function effectively within your Microsoft Outlook account. These permissions are necessary for the following activities:
- Mail.ReadWrite: Allows the application to read and modify your emails.
- Mail.Send: Enables the application to send emails on your behalf.
- User.Read: Grants the application access to your user profile information, which is necessary for identifying your account and customizing your experience.
All the data required ensures QuickFile365 can perform its core functions, such as tagging, filing, and sending emails directly from your Outlook account.
