Note: Shared Mailbox Filing is available on Ultimate plan only
QuickFile365 Ultimate gives you the ability to file emails directly into shared mailboxes. This is ideal for team inboxes such as info@, support@, or accounts@, where multiple people manage the same mailbox and need a consistent, organized way to store emails.
With shared mailbox filing, you can keep your team’s correspondence organized without leaving Outlook, and without relying on manual dragging or separate rules.
On Standard or Pro? Shared mailbox filing is not available on your plan. If this is a feature your team needs, you can upgrade to Ultimate at any time.
Permission Requirements
Shared mailbox filing requires extra permissions that only a Microsoft 365 administrator can approve.
If you are an administrator: Grant consent using the link below. This approves shared mailbox access for your whole organization:

How to Add a Shared Mailbox
Once consent is granted, you can add the shared mailbox in QuickFile365 and start filing emails to it.
Before you begin, make sure you already have access to the shared mailbox in Outlook. QuickFile365 can only add shared mailboxes that your account already has permission to use.
1. Open QuickFile365 Settings from the add-in.

2. Click Add Mailbox button on the settings pane.

3. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox you want to add and click Verify & Add.

Once added, the shared mailbox will appear alongside your own mailbox folders whenever you file an email, making it easy to switch between personal and shared destinations.
